Young Britons Learning Spanish Culture

Recently two thousand British children were asked about their family’s holiday habits, 57 percent more said they holidayed in Spain than any other part of the world. It would seem that parents aren’t letting the slacking economic conditions of either country invade on their summer vacation plans. In fact, a recent poll conducted by ICM and the BBC revealed that the majority of families do not cancel their vacation plans despite economic woes.
Why are more families taking their vacation in Spain? The answer could be as simple as hands-on education. Spain is a country very rich in history and culture. Every city and town has its own story to tell and children often learn much more effectively when they can see things first-hand. History books can tell the history of the area and how it helped shape today’s cultural events but nothing paints the picture quite as well as a hands-on vacation in Spain.

Why learning Spanish can be beneficial

Learning Spanish can be a truly rewarding experience. There are many reasons to learn a new language and we would probably run out of space here so I will name just a few.
1. Finding your perfect mate.
Believe it or not learning Spanish can be rewarding especially in love. Have you ever wanted to date a Spanish girl or boy but have been put off because of the language barrier? Just think what you could achieve if you spoke Spanish? Now, wouldn0t your future partner be impressed that you made an effort to get to know him/her better?
2. Career enhancement or job change.
Have you ever noticed how people with a second language have more job opportunities? Yes, that0s right, It not only looks good on your C.V or rmut you will also find that you are a real asset to your company or firm knowing Spanish as a second language. You will find that more responsibility will be entrusted to you and you will grow with your company as a result.
3. Personal development.
